100% citizen owned company providing services in Institutional catering
and Event catering.
Curry Pot Catering
Curry Pot Catering specializes in Institutional and event catering. It
can cater for 10 different events of between 10-2000 people per day. The
catering ranges from graduation parties, weddings, board meetings, lunches,
ambassadorial functions to institutional / industrial catering. The catering
division is fully operational daily 7.00 am till late.
Swiss Chalet
Swiss Chalet is a premier continental cuisine restaurant. It compromises
of a patio, a terrazzo and a country Crash site Bar and beautiful gardens.
The restaurant can accommodate approximately ninety people seated, the
patio thirty, the terrazzo on hundred people, crash site one hundred and
fifty and the gardens and surroundings up to one thousand people. The
restaurant offers fine dining whilst all the other facilities are utilized
for in-house functions like cocktail parties, conferences, meetings, weddings,
parties etc. Swiss Chalet is open daily from 7.00 am till late.
Institutional / Industrial
Catering
1. Molepolole College of Education
This cafeteria caters for 640 students seven days a week during school
terms. Breakfast, Lunch and Supper are served. The menus compromise of
Ethnic / Traditional foods and Continental dishes tailor made for students.
2.Naledi Secondary Sch.
This cafeteria caters for 1500 students from Monday to Friday, morning
tea and lunch are served. The lunch compromise of traditional foods tailor
made for students at secondary school level. The cafeteria is open 7.00
to 3.30 pm.
3.Airport Snack Bar
this operation services tourists, Airport staff, the General public as
well as International travelers. It offers an assortment of snacks of
an International standard, beverages and assorted sweets. Operations at
the Airport started in May 2001, and is a five year contract. The snack
bar is open from 6.00 am to 11.00pm.
